2. Scope
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between "Bellevue-Golden Sands" Ltd. (referred to as "the Hotel") and users of the website bellevuebg.com, including enquiries and bookings for accommodation at Park Hotel Bellevue.
3. Use of the website
The content of this website (text, photographs, logo, design) is the property of "Bellevue-Golden Sands" Ltd. or is used with permission, and is protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act. Copying or reproducing it without written consent is prohibited.
4. Bookings
Bookings are made through the online booking system Clock PMS, embedded in the website, or directly with hotel reception. All prices on the website are in euro (EUR).
A booking is confirmed according to the terms shown during the booking process in Clock PMS (deposit requirements, if applicable, will be clearly stated there).
5. Payment
Currency: EUR
Payment methods:
- Cash at hotel reception
- Bank transfer to a current account confirmed by the hotel
- Credit card via POS terminal at the hotel
Deposit requirement: 30% of the total booking value in July and August. No deposit is required outside the peak summer season.
6. Cancellation and changes to a booking
Cancellation policy:
- No fee for cancellations made 14 or more days before the arrival date.
- A fee equal to one night's stay applies for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.
- In the case of a no-show, 100% of the booking value is retained.
- Date changes are permitted up to 14 days before arrival, only once confirmed by the hotel and subject to availability.
7. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: until 11:00
- A valid ID document must be presented at reception on check-in, for guest registration as required by the Tourism Act.
8. Guest rights and obligations
Guests are required to follow the hotel's house rules and not to damage its property. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or end a stay in the event of disorderly conduct or a breach of standards of behaviour.
9. Liability
The hotel isn't liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, states of emergency, or decisions by public authorities. Park Hotel Bellevue isn't liable for valuables, cash or documents that haven't been left for safekeeping in the reception safe.
10. Contact form
By submitting an enquiry through the website's contact form, the user agrees to be contacted by the hotel's team using the contact details provided, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes will be settled by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
12. Amendments
"Bellevue-Golden Sands" Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time; changes take effect once published on the website.
